Hi. I'm Jason Cobarrubias. I went to CHS and was involved in CHS Football and Basketball all through high school. This site came about because there wasnt any other media outlet that had as much Canby Football and Basketball play-by-play coverage or provided as many game stats as I felt there could be available. This site also has game summarys, story links, standings, schedules, and rosters all in one place. I'm willing to post any CHS related info and links for the Canby High School Athletics office or any other media especially the Canby Herald. The Herald is one of the best hometown newspapers around. I'm proud to volunteer my time  to provide the best CHS Football and Basketball coverage possible for the Canby faithful.
The only thing I can't do as of this time is broadcast games live on the net so I will be posting live play-by-play at www.twitter.com/CanbyFreelancer or use #CanbyCougars . Each live broadcast on the website I go through costs a broadcasting fee of $20-$30 a game. I'm hoping to obtain some sponsorships soon so that I will be able to broadcast live.
